Faculty Code of Conduct

The professional standards every TGC faculty member commits to when they accept the IC Agreement. These aren't legal terms โ€” they're how a great teacher conducts themselves on this platform.

The bar

Teach like a master. Behave like a professional.

  • Be on time, every time. If you must cancel, give 24+ hours' notice.
  • Prepare for every lesson โ€” review notes from last session, plan today's focus.
  • Use a quiet, well-lit space with reliable internet and good audio.
  • Respect every student regardless of age, level, background, or pace of progress.
  • Maintain professional boundaries with students, especially minors.
  • Write a lesson note after every session โ€” covered, homework, next focus.
  • Reply to messages within 48 hours.
  • Honour your 6-month commitment and the 90-day no-poaching window.
  • Update your profile at least annually so it reflects your current practice.
  • Refer concerns up โ€” to info@theglobalconservatory.com โ€” early, not late.
